Served in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Killed June 28, 2007, by enemy improvised explosive device (IED) in Baghdad, Iraq

According to the Lincoln Journal-Star newspaper, Workman graduated from Ashland-Greenwood High in 2005 and was described as creative and a rebel with a zest for life.
